Get Your Life Out of Your Purse and Watch Your Weight Decline!

These flat-as-a-pancake purses and hand bags that these sexy, scantily clad, extra thin, and otherwise picture-perfect female soap opera characters carry is such an annoying joke. With absolutely no offense to the actual actress's, the purses that they carry are so flat, it is ridiculously obvious it is a prop and stands out like a sore thumb.

Fred Mertz's wallet was thicker than these character's purses! The wardrobe person could at least stuff the purse with a piece of newspaper to make it appear to be a realistic looking purse or handbag instead of just letting it look like a pathetic attempt to garnish the character. And can the script writers please allow the characters to carry their tiny cell phone and keys IN their purses? Do they have to carry each one seperately?

I have to snicker and groan every time I see one of these characters sitting at a table - cell phone sitting right next to the skinny, thin, pathetic, little purse or when they walk into a room and sling their car keys one way and that flat, nothing purse another. Funny how something so small, can stand out so largely and become the first thing you see when you tune into the scene. It's like a pimple on the nose, no matter how many diamonds are adorned, that pimple is what is going to stand out, shining in all its glory!

What's the point here? Well, out here in the real world, I see just the overly, accentuate opposite. Huge purses and hand bags stuffed to over flowing. Fat and bulging purses that are totally full with everything-but-the-kitchen-sink. Women today put their lives in their purse...and then carry it around with them...all day, every day! EVery where they go, they carry their complete lives along. Is that really necessary? Do they really use everything in their purse, every day? Do they HAVE to have all that stuff at their finger tips?
