What Do Your Shoes Tell the World About You?

It Isn't All About the Right Kind of Shoe but Also Where You Wear It!

Flip Flops worn off of the beach tell the world that you are a lazy bum. On hot days where humidity is high and temperatures are over 100 degrees, flip flops seem the perfect choice for taking the kids to school. Don't do it. People won't be admiring your new
pedicure and hot pink toenail polish when they are staring at your feet all day! They will think that you did not take time out to put on proper footwear. The last place a pair of flip flops belong is in the workplace!

Old fashioned loafers are not a good pick but the newer fashionable ones are. There are many styles of loafers these days that are appropriate for many venues. Comfort and style in a loafer, who knew? Old fashioned loafer will give the world the idea that you are dull but the newer ones will tell the world that you are in style.

High heels and many of the chunky tall shoes do not belong on a teacher's feet. The world will think you impractical and a little dumb. I don't care how old the kiddies are, no child care provider or teacher should wear uncomfortable high heel shoes. This says you have a hot date and are ready for it while teaching children at school. Who does that? Many do! High heels belong on your feet if you are going out, not working. Don't get me started on mommies carrying babies while walking in dangerous high heeled pointy shoes!

Tennis shoes are not just for tennis any more. Comfortable as the dickens and some are cute to boot! This tells the world you are sensible especially on a hike or walking around town. Many styles of tennis shoes are available in many colors!

Men's dress shoes that are in good condition tell the world that you are an adult. Ratty holey dress shoes say that you need to buy a new pair and what are you waiting for? This goes for Senator Barack Obama too. Come on! $1500 for a suit and $0 for a new pair of shoes?

Men's sandals are a tricky one. Some men can get away with it and say to the world I am comfortable in my own skin. Other men just look weird and a little scary saying to the world I wear this sandal because I can. Judge this by your feet. Ask someone what the sandal looks like on your feet. Do the sandals look strange and out of place on your feet? Then just say no.

Well... she shouldnt of worn em out... its just a major no no in my book. Im a sandal wearer mostly... even on cold winter months. I cant help it though, I love my toes. lol.
