Excellent article! As a fellow sufferer I thought this gave some good advice to friends and family. Let's hope more and more people will begin to understand what it's like to have this debilitating illness. Just because you look in the peak of health and don't complain, as we know, it doesn't mean you are not in constant pain. It's just that you don't want to be seen to be feeling sorry for yourself or appear be whining when there are people out there with life-threatening illnesses. You just battle on regardless because that's what you have to do to keep the body moving. Anyway, just wanted to say "great article" and thanks for sharing. :-)))
