Associated Content is Unfair

Freedom of Opportunity Should Provide a Fair Outcome

The profits earned by writers on Associated Content are not being shared equitably. Some writers are rich, while the rest of us struggle. Why should they benefit from the work that all of us do to make Associated Content successful?

Each month the money paid for articles and for page views by Associated Content should be placed in one account and then be equally divided by the number of writers. That would be fair and is the morally responsible way to conduct business. We all have worked hard, haven't we? Each of
us would then be able to benefit from our hard work in a manner that would be equal and just. Those that are lucky and rich in page views should share the wealth.

I have written a number of opinion pieces, short stories, humorous stories and "how to" articles, yet despite all my hard work, I have managed to achieve only very modest results.

It doesn't seem fair. Hour after hour, I pound the keys and write in an attempt to secure page views. I link to other sites and follow all the rules, but no matter how hard I try, I am unable to succeed. Associated Content is not running their business or governing the affairs of their site in a fair manner.

Perhaps Associated Content should take all their profit and divide it equally amongst all the writers. After all, without us submitting content, there would just be empty pages.

I am simply suggesting that Associated Content distribute their wealth in a fair and just manner. I am willing to share. I hope those that are rich in page views will feel the same. Will those that are just starting or have not achieved the same success as those with hundreds of thousand of views want to support this program? Please place your name in the comments section of this article to indicate your support.

I am for change! Change is needed so that all of us can participate and earn an equal wage for our hard work. This is a time for unity where each of us can contribute and all will benefit.

With all due respect, I don't think anyone will ever get rich here, even those with the bulk of the page views. And by the way, if the top CP wrote all those articles and is getting all those page hits why do you think I or anyone else should take a piece of that pie? That's like Amazon giving some of the profit's from Patricia Cornwell's new book to Steven King. I mean, really, isn't that what you're suggesting. If I wrote it and people are reading it, why should you get a cent. No offense. I just don't agree.

'some writers are rich.' Who is getting rich?

Gee that's great Julia. Can you call them and ask them to be "fair"? You tell us that your millionaire friends voted for Obama, so you should have an easy time convincing them.

This is brilliant. @julia: I also know some people with VERY high incomes that are voting for Obama: most of them reside in La La, I mean Hollywood. Well, they got their way. I'm ready for my handout, please.

Funny article----- too bad so many don't see the parody in it. The prospect of spreading the wealth to those who don't work is frightening.
