Chef Hebert will create a romantic three-course meal, which includes Spicy Semolina Encrusted Crab Cakes, Stuffed Tenderloin over Sautéed Spinach and Roasted mashed potatoes, and flourless chocolate cake. February 10, 2007. Coo-Coo for Chocolate, Hands-on class, 11:00am. Price $65.00. Taught by Alekka Sweeney. The class will teach participants how to make a homemade box of chocolate. Each member of the class will take a box of chocolate home.

LeTiti De Paris, Saturday, February 10, 2007 10:00am there will be an demonstration class. A three-course romantic dinner just in time for Valentine Day, taught by Susan or Michael Maddox. Menu includes Lobster Galette, Stead au Poivre, Hazelnut Chocolate Crepes with Brandied Cherries. The demonstration will last 2 hours and class member will have a three-course lunch afterwards.
