Gray Stone Guesthouse- Gray Stone Guesthouse is located in beautiful and historic Hermann, Missouri, about an hour and a half from St. Louis. Hermann is known throughout Missouri for its Oktoberfest celebration, but features other events throughout the year and is a haven for wine lovers and antique collectors. The Gray Stone Guesthouse is located centrally in Hermann. It is a relaxing rental cottage which has two bedrooms, one and a half baths, leather couches, a barbecue grill and a hot tub. The kitchen of the home is fully stocked with breakfast items and you may eat out or bring your own groceries in for other meals. The Guesthouse is within walking distance of downtown Hermann. For even more relaxation and romance, try dinner at the Wild Grapevine. The restaurant stocks wine from several local wineries and German specialties by candlelight. After dinner, retire to the Guesthouse hot tub or watch one of the DVD's from the library.

Wildwood Springs Lodge- Wildwood Springs Lodge is located near Steelville, Missouri, which is about an hour from St. Louis. Steelville is located on the Meramec River and you can find camping and canoe rentals from early in the spring through the fall. Wildwood Springs Lodge, in addition to rooms in the lodge, has both guesthouses and Farmhaven, a four bedroom home located on a working farm that is available for rental. There are two separate guesthouses: the Clubhouse and the Cottage. The Clubhouse has three bedrooms and two baths. The Cottage has one bedroom and one bath. Both are within walking distance of Wildwood Springs Lodge and hiking trails. Take a long hike, go to the Lodge to hear one of their "living room" concerts and head back for some privacy and a night of romance.
