The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS)
Scared to turn out the lights at night? Are there strange sounds coming from the attic? Maybe you've even witnessed an actual ghost walk through a room and vanish in to thin air. Whatever you have witnessed, TAPS wants to know.
The Atlantic Paranormal Society will bring recording devices into your home in attempt to record paranormal activity. Their goal is to either debunk hauntings or to provide solid evidence about a haunting. In either scenario, they work with the client to reassure them their safety and
understanding of the haunts.
TAPS has plenty of experience in this field and do their job completely free of charge. When you contact them with your paranormal issues, they will set everything up with you. Any thing that they do in your home is performed only with your permission. Included in their equipment are infrared cameras, camcorders, sound recorders and devices to take note of temperature changes.
Throughout your home, the crew will place devices in spots that are claimed to have the most paranormal activity. Investigators only work at night. In the dark they challenge or question the spirits to evoke responses they can document on film or audio.
Anything they come across, they will try to find a source before determining it paranormal activity. If you have cold spots they will track it down to drafty vents not properly kept. Complaints about objects falling off walls and tables, they will take a look at the foundation of the house to see if it is level.
Not all claims are debunked by the easily explained. The Atlantic Paranormal Society is showcased on a popular TV series called Ghost Hunters found on the Scifi Chanel. They have had many paranormal experiences both in historic places as well as private homes. Over the time that they have been paranormal investigators they have proved many haunting occurrences on video and sound recording devices.
