Cloth or scrap paper
Declare your love in a new romance, and capture that falling in love feeling with romantic Thanksgiving card. Collect a couple of different shapes of leaves from a variety of deciduous trees. Brush dirt and debris off the leaves using a soft, dry paint brush.
Press the leaves lightly by placing them between two pieces of wax paper and putting them in a big book like the dictionary or a phone book. After a day, when the leaf has flattened, you can use it to make a romantic Thanksgiving card.
Squeeze out some red Speedball ink on a linoleum block, a plastic palette or even a piece of glass. You will also need some yellow ink and some orange ink. Because this is a romantic Thanksgiving card, its okay to use a lot of red.
Press a leaf into the red ink, lifting the color. Using the stem to gently lift off the leaf. Press the leaf onto a piece of cloth to remove the excess ink. Tip: you can make Thanksgiving Day place mats or decorate a plain tablecloth at the same time.
Use the leaf to make a leaf print on the paper. Repeat the process with more leaves and more colors. Let the romantic Thanksgivng card dry completely.
Inside the card write, "I'm falling for you!"
