It seems that vegetarians have known for years what we the general public is just finding out about the many benefits of being on a diet which consists mostly of fresh vegetables. Although vegetarians may not have been aware of the many benefits of a pH balanced diet, they did realize that their method of eating was a great thing for their health. We typically think of vegetarians as a set of people who choose not to eat meat because it requires the death of innocent animals. For whatever reason people choose to be on a vegetarian diet, they are definitely on the right track to a healthy life.

The pH Miracle diet is focused on restoring balance in your body and brings back normal levels of alkaline in your system. The entire idea where the pH Miracle diet is concerned is that you will be assisting your body to perform the tasks in which it was designed to do.
The creator of the pH Miracle diet, Dr. Robert Young states that, if you wish to have better health, you should become a vegetarian. This includes not only avoiding meat, but their by products such as dairy products.

We in America, as a whole, are a "meat" consuming society. Along with our love for meat, comes much acidity which your body is not designed to handle. As a result, our body's organs are unable to rid themselves of toxins. The pH balance in our body's are far out of the normal pH levels of 7.4 as a general rule. Many feel that eating animal protein is a must to adding necessary protein to our diets. This is far from the truth. The body does not require the ingesting of meat protein. In actuality, this type of protein is not good a person to consume.
