Best Thanksgiving Day Movies Includes Rugrats, Mouse on the Mayflower, Winnie the Poo and More

These Are the Best Turkey Day Movies for the Whole Family to Enjoy

After stuffing your bellies with turkey and the fixings gather around the living room and watch some of these great Thanksgiving Day movies. Some of these Thanksgiving Day movies
will be on regular television, while the other movies you have to rent unless you already have them in your holiday movie collection. I tried to make the best list possible this way you won't fall asleep after eating all of that turkey.

Caillou's Holidays- Caillou is a very realistic little 4 year old boy whose feelings can relate to how our children feel or act. In this movie it shows Children how to respect, share, and behave around the holiday season. Caillou learns how to say Merry Christmas in Spanish, and will show you how he makes his own special Christmas cookies with his mom.

Seasons of Giving- This adorable animated holiday movie features Winnie the Poo, Piglet, Tigger, and the good old Rabitt. Winter is Winnie and the gangs' favorite season, but unfortunately Winnie and the gang missed it. The gang must now go on a long wild hunt to find the perfect Thanksgiving Day dinner.

Hoboken Chicken Emergency- This Thanksgiving Day comedy movie has a great learning lesson for children on Thanksgiving Day. The funny part about this movie is when the parents send their son to pick out the Thanksgiving turkey. The turkey ended up being a 266 pound live chicken. This movie is a very entertaining Thanksgiving Day movie for the whole family.

A Rugrat's Thanksgiving- In this movie the adorable Rugrat gang tries to uncover the real meaning of Thanksgiving by adopting their own turkey. This is a very lively and funny movie that kids will get a kick out of.

Son-In-Law- This is a funny comedy staring Pauly Shore and Carla Gugino. Shore plays a college student named Crawl who meets up with a girl played by Carla. Carla asks Crawl to pretend to be her fiancé over Thanksgiving Day dinner. From there on things get a bit out of hand for all family. This movie has a ton of good laughs for Thanksgiving Day.

These are great! I am such a stickler for the seasonal...I'd much rather put on a Thanksgiving-themed movie than a Christmas one on Thanksgiving day. Son-in law is one of my faves too! There is a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, but I lost my copy...
