With 'Double Shot at Love,' Ikki Twins the New Stars of MTV

The self proclaimed hottest twins in the world, the "Ikki Twins," are poised to replace Tila Tequila on MTV's "Shot at Love" in MTV's new show "Double Shot at Love," according to CelebGalz.com . The Ikki twins, Rikki and Vikki look to out tramp Tila Tequila as a bi-sexual duo searching for those special men or women they can spend a couple of months with until season two begins taping.

So how will this season's revamped "Double Shot at Love" outdo the naked cage dancing and pig vagina eating we were submitted to last season? With a dash of incest! The Ikki twins can be seen all over the internet engaging in hard-to-stomach lip locks. It seems as though the Ikki twins have taken the "Ikki" to a whole new level. However, the promise of more incestual make-out sessions between the Ikki twins is no doubt what sparked MTV's interest. MTV has been pushing the boundaries since making its appearance in the 80's. In a modern time when mentioning virgins and rolling around stage in a wedding dress are no longer shocking the Ikki twins could be exactly what MTV needs.

While circus acts like the Ikki twins might make for interesting television, it is truly sad the depths these girls feel they must go to to get a little attention. While they exude self confidence, their actions say something quite different. No matter how desperate you are for fame, you should never have to resort to French kissing your blood relatives! You would think if the Ikki twins really were the world's hottest twins they would realize this. You would think that the world's hottest twins would have no problem finding fame in any avenue they sought. Maybe the Ikki twins are a little misguided.

My only hope for the newest season of, "A Double Shot of Love" is that the Ikki twins prove me wrong. I really want these bleach blonde Ikki twins to be intelligent, well spoken women with real opinions of world affairs. Unfortunately, with hobbies like, "dancing, cheerleading, boys, partying, cars and drawing," I will not be holding my breath.
