Virtual Stock Exchange Explains Financial Reporting Policy
In Effort to Increase Brand Awareness, VSTEX Company Explains Financial Reporting Policy
For SLReports.netIn the Virtual Stock Exchange's continued efforts to increase brand awareness, including public knowledge of VSTEX as a whole (not just as "the Virtual Stock Exchange", but as "VSTEX Company"), Samantha Goldflake announced recently that VSTEX would be providing a series of articles
"Vstex Company goes beyond VSTEX, our virtual stock exchange, and our readers will like a more in-depth coverage of our organization." Goldflake said in the official press release.
The first in the irregularly intervaled series is titled "Financial Reports", and the VSTEX Company policies regarding monthly and quarterly financial reporting are outlined.
VSTEX Company releases monthly financial reports consisting of a single-step income statement, a detailed list of assets and liabilities, a list of assorted valuation measures, mixed data featuring items like number of registered users, deposits, withdrawals, a month by month exchange transactions list, and a detailed list of VSTEX held risk funds.
Each quarter VSTEX Company also releases a quarterly report featuring the very same data items.
"Provided that most of our data is database driven, about 12/15 days past the beginning of every month we compile a first set of reports with the data available up to then. This way we can check the status of our ongoing business and make forward projections for the month end.," Goldflake states in the press release, "This is necessary in order to adjust our strategies (if need be) in accordance with our findings and short term forward projections. When the month ends, we're ready to pull up the numbers for the second half of the month, right away. Usually, since we go by the Second Life Time, we wait for midnight (that means 09.00AM our local time) and in one hour or two we're out with the reports. If not that fast, we still strive to issue our reports within 48 hours since the end of the month covered by the report.
"By reporting monthly, it's easy for us to come up with quarterly reports, which are promptly posted on our website."
