Cybertek Enterprises (CBE : ISE) CEO Cybertek Warrior revealed that CBE(ISE) is likely to incur a loss of L$22,000 for the month of November, although cash reserves will see the company through a restructuring.

CBE(ISE) is composed of four subsidaries; Cybertopia Estates, CM Motors, CT HOMES, CT
 Amusements.

"Financially it still doesn't look good for CBE we are looking at an estimated $22,000L loss for the month, this will not affect CBE that much has we still have a nice cash reserve to get us through this restructuring of CBE," Warrior said in the official press release. "December is looking good as we offload empty regions and land and cut the fat from CBE. WE should be posting a profit in Dec, and will hopefully be able to pay out a dividend."

"Well this month has been an interesting one if anything. We are down to 5 OS regions remaining. We will be transferring ownership of one of our OS regions to the landonwer once their Full Prim region is setup for them. We should make $7000L on the tranfer of that region to them. We have one resident that will abandoning his region middle of December. We will probably just let that region go offline. I could keep it around to try to get a new resident but I think that will be a lose, lose situation." Warrior explained.

Warrior added, "Cybertopia Boardwalk is up and running now as a Regular Region, with a city like layout this will be a great place for residents to setup shop. Cybertopia Boardwalk is also home to our two new rental properties for residents that just want to setup shop and not have to worry about building. We are hoping that this will help supplement our income, if we rent out these shops quickly we will be looking to expand our building rental business in the future to create an alternate income stream."
