As expected, Cocky Dagger, CEO of the International Stock Exchange (ISE) has accumulated the offers for GIIF and left the vote for the beleagured company open until the end of the month.

GIIF(ISE) was established to encourage and reward investors for actively participating in procuring new businesses and investors to the International Stock Exchange (ISE). The Growth Investment Income Fund sought both current income and long-term capital
appreciation by investing in a portfolio of dividend-paying businesses listed on the ISE that have potential for above-average dividend-yield, dividend growth, and long-term capital appreciation.

The recent sharp increase in ISE(ISE) shares, which GIIF has a significant sum of, increases the desireability the handful of hopeful purchasers feel toward acquiring the remnants of the firm. GIIF(ISE) is currently trading at L$18.99 a share, an extreme increase since the contentious meeting that took place last week, when GIIF(ISE) was trading between L$4.04 and L$7.01. ISE(ISE) is trading at or near L$4.50.

ISE(ISE) has a historic share high of L$10.00, an all time low of L$0.21, and an average share value of L$2.00 on an average daily volume of 13,284. GIIF(ISE) has a historic share high of L$50.00, an all time low of L$3.10, and an average share value of L$20.33 on an average daily volume of 7,245.

Pablo Sankiewicz, CEO of SIM(ISE), has withdrawn his offer to purchase and merge the company, which previously had been four shares of SIM(ISE) for each share of GIIF(ISE). When GIIF(ISE) was trading nearer to L$4.04 his had been one of the offers nearest to the estimated Net Asset Value of GIIF(ISE).

Mart Lupino, CEO of FVS(ISE), has 3 seperate offers for GIIF(ISE) on the table. The first is to offer an SPO of 21,857 GIIF shares at a price of L$3.50 for a duration 2 weeks. Lupino would then buy shares in SPO to have at least 15,000 shares of GIIF(ISE). This would raise new capital with a value 76499 L$. Total outstanding shares would become 70,000.
