After two weeks of talks and communications between camps, Phoenix Fire Multimedia has alerted SLR(SLCAPEX) management that it will not be going forth with a buyout of SLR(SLCAPEX).

PFM is a division of the Image, Vehicle and Yield family of endeavors, which has RL interest in several
 industries.

"With there being over 7,000,000 shares of SLR, it would be nearly impossible for us to make an IPO to accumulate all or most of the SLR shares within the umbrella of our own company." Latham Levenque, President of the Real Life company PFM stated in a memo made public on the SLR Forum, "With that incredible number of shareholders, it would be a very dangerous position for us to be in to fail to meet shareholder expectations. We would like to bring our company into the SLCAPEX with as clear of a slate as possible, and the responsibility to existing shareholders of SLR would be quite terrific."

Current SLR(SLCAPEX) CEO Cash Yiyuan was quick to remind shareholders that SLR(SLCAPEX), trading at lower than IPO level, is still undervalued.

Outlining his rationale, Yiyuan stated, "SLReports.net traffic and webstats when compared to the likes of well known SL web publications (like SLNN, SL Newspaper - just to name two) in the last few months has had more page visits (according to Compete.com) and other web stats. Traffic and readship will continue to rise due to the talents of Nicolo and Alessandra.

"Our presence is across all the main Stock Exchanges across the SL grid.

"SLR has a deal with HI-FIve to advertise our website on all their TV's grid wide in exchange for advertising on SLR - this will increase readership and therefore be more appealing to those who wish to advertise on SLR."

"I have not turned my back on SLR, nor have I stopped working. I have put SLR into a unique position that it has not been in the past. SLR now is a resource that will concentrate on keeping SL up to date (unbiased) with all the happening of the SL Financial Sector - which can be read by newbies, new investor to large investors alike.
