Unlike most GPS Systems the Magellan Maestro 3225 can be used straight out of the box with minimal setup, and the unit comes already charged. Mounting the device is relatively simple using the Windshield Mount; you will need to make sure that the device doesn't obscure your view of the road. There is also an included dashboard mount which is also perfect for a driver who doesn't want to violate the local vehicle codes, and the dashboard mount has a universal fit.
