I have spent countless hours over the last six months searching for profitable websites to submit articles to for some extra pocket cash. By far Associated Content is still the best out there. Associated Content gives writers plenty of options to write what you know and be paid for it. Put some time into promoting your articles and your future offers on articles will go up. Outside of this, Associated Content also creates other ways for writers to earn cash. Monthly contests, incentives, and their referal program all keep their writers coming back again and again. You can sumbit articles, photos, audio and videos.

Sometimes they even let their writers know what content they need the most and offer a set price for every submission on that topic. Payment is made via pay pal and they pay you right away, there is no waiting til your account reaches a certain amount. All in all a pretty cool deal if you ask me. So how do some of the other sites measure up? Here is my take on a few...

Helium Knowledge - So far I have made $1.50 and you can not retrieve that until my account hits $25. It's an odd system in my opinion. You write articles and then rate articles. I feel no real gratification with this site. When I rate their articls so much of what I am reading is, well, fluff. Some people write one sentence, even at that at times the one sentence makes no sense. They offer their writers little reward in my opinion. They claim that the higher your content rating the more you make, I have yet to see it.

Takeaways
  • Associated Content pays their writers immediately, there is no waiting for your account to reach a balance.

I agree with you, Suzie. AC is the best site to write for in my opinion. But my revenue has been quickly going up each month on triond and helium too. Netscape is a good social bookmarking site that will give your work more coverage and page views to help you reach the minimum payout for helium. Sophie
