Rover's is a place where you can taste the chef's passion in every bite of food. The cuisine tastes as beautiful as it is presented. During your romantic dinner, dine on scrumptious menu items such as roasted duck breast, Maine lobster; or one of the chef's signature dishes such as scrambled eggs with lime crème fraiche and white sturgeon caviar, or Hudson Valley foie gras with green apple, almond and quince. Or choose to dine on a five course chef's tasting menu, an eight course chef's tasting menu, or a five course vegetarian chef's tasting menu. You can choose to add wine pairings as well. Located at the Space Needle, SkyCity is a revolving restaurant that offers an amazing view of Seattle. Their dinner menu includes such items as New York Strip, Northwest King Salmon, and Braised Short Ribs. Their main courses range in price from $32 to $52. Side items start at $8. SkyCity has a $30 minimum per person; so expect to spend at least $60. The food is good, but it is because of the view that it is worth spending the money on a romantic dinner at SkyCity.
