If Hillary Clinton accepts the offer of Secretary of State from President Elect Barack Obama, she is taking a big risk. Many worry that foreign leaders will have issues with Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State because of her apparent strained relations with Obama. Although Hillary and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, eventually endorsed Obama, the relations between the two democrats were volatile during the primaries.
