I came from an average family where my dad is the sole breadwinner. He worked very hard to climb the corporate ladder and became where he is now. Having a big fat five-figure paycheck every month is no joke! But the price to pay, approximately 30 years of his life! This made me wonder, what if we hit our golden years - at age 55?

The BIG QUESTION: WHAT'S NEXT?

This question really scares me. What's next after 55? And this question is also applicable in various aspects of our life. Try this:-
  1. Our job in contract basis - what's next?
  2. Securing contracts for our business - what's next?
  3. Relationship with another person - what's next?
I grew up just like everybody else, under the government's 'so called' fantastic education system. The believes that they have put into our soul -

Go to school/collage/university - Get good grades - Graduate - Rewards: a good JOB

Never have anybody thought that the outside working world is like a battlefield.

I did what they have told me to do. I went to school just like everybody else. I got good grades. I then went to further my education in a collage, mastering in Information Technology. Again, I got good grades. That was not enough; I even went further to get my Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Once again, I got good grade, in fact quite fantastic this time!

Because of these good grades, I manage to secure a good job in a multinational company that mainly deals in oil and gas services. The company was fantastic! - Good R&R, fantastic pantry area, the employee benefit was top in class. My believes were good grades equals to a fantastic job.
