MySpace Tips and Hints - Create Your Own Layout and More!!!

Myspace is a place to stay in touch with old friends, and to make new ones. The site is free to join and very simple to use. I myself am a member and enjoy my own "piece" of the net.

As far as backgrounds and lay-outs go, it is actually not that hard. There are a lot of sites that you can find on the Internet that will actually make you a lay-out that is all your own. Myself, I prefer to make it on my own. There is a great website , www.photobucket.com , that allows you to upload your own photos and videos and it creates the HTML URL tags, picture tags, and even codes for you to use them on your email messages. Joining this site is free as well, with the opportunity to "go pro" with your account; adding new features.

You can simply upload your photos, and in just a few minutes you have your own album on the site. Then, you can make your own backgrounds for your myspace by coping and pasting the URL code given from your picture. I am always changing my background so it is not boring to me and my friends. Below is the one code that you can use to get started learning with. You just paste your url code where it is underlined below, and add the whole code to your profile edit page in your About Me box.

There are a lot of very cool and free sites that also give you codes for myspace lay-outs, pictures, music, videos, and other cool myspace tweaks. Here are two of my personal favorites, of which I've found to be easy to use : www.freecodesource.com and www.showprofile.com .

Also, if you want to learn HTML so you don't have to always get the codes, then I'd recommend www.yourpagestinks.com . This site has a easy to use HTML editor which can actually help teach you the HTML code. I have personally learned a lot from this site. I learned it on my own,
