OMG! I AGREE! CHIHUAHUA"S ARE SSSSSOOOOO CUTE! I REALLY want one! I don't really like the skinny tan ones, with pointy ears...they look creepy. I like the ones with lots of FLUFFY hair, and that are very cuddley..BUT i LLLLOOOOVVVEEE the ones with cute floppy ears and have meduim fur...like a begale, or maybe a little longer hair..well those are so CUTE! Especially the DARK brown ones and the BLACK ones. I LOVE THEM! How about you? And the best are small, but not to small.. what is your favorite dog breed? What type of hair, tallnes, ect.? - Dogg lover P.S. what's up with "food"?

Glad to see pugs on the list. I own two and they are adorable, playful, comical like you say but they are also a big pain in the butt because they like to be on top of you at ALL times it's like having a baby in the house again :) True couch or lap potatoes and I just love it when they do the pugtona.

My husband and our poodle are like two peas in a pod. All dogs are great, though, but for people with allergies poodles make it possible to still have a dog in the house. Nice article!

Mark: I don't really think the Danes could be considered low because the total list had about 150 breeds on it. Good point though, I should have included that information in the article. Thanks.

Labs rule, cat's drool. Not certain why the Lab is ever a favorite. Also not certain why the Great Dane is so low on this list. In my opinion, all dogs must be two feet at the shoulder or above.
