In each year below, the indicated number is the number of missing persons, 65 year old and older, that were reported to the FBI-NCIC by the local law enforcment agency. 2000 - 13,953 missing
2001 - 14,048 missing
2002 - 13,904 missing
2003 - 13,644 missing
2004 - 14,004 missing
2005 - 14,613 missing
Statistics are based on the cases submitted to FBI-NCIC.
Not all Missing & Unidentified cases are listed with NCIC.
