Restaurant Review: Red Robin

Outside of the restaurant was clean and the grass well trimmed. There was plenty of parking for customers.

The Hostess greeted us as soon as we walked into the restaurant. She asked us how many people want to be seated and we said two. As she walked us to our table she asked how we were doing this evening. When she seated us she asked if we came to Red Robin before? She gave us a tour of the menu and told us what the specials are. She smiled and had eye contact the whole time she talked to us. At the end of the conversation she told us our server would be with us soon.

The server greeted us almost two minutes after the greeter left us. She had a friendly, upbeat and energetic attitude. She asked if we wanted anything to drink? I told her yes, orange juice would be nice. She seems knowledgeable about the menu. I asked her what comes with the carnitas fajitas? She told me shredded pork, sautéed peppers, onions, salsa, guacamole, sour cream and flour tortilla. My husband asked if we could have corn. She said I am not sure let me find out. She came back within a minute and told us yes we could. After she took our order she came back almost two minutes later with my orange juice. The food was brought 17 minutes later but it did not seem to take that long. The plates were correctly placed in front of the person who ordered the item. The food appeared attractive. The food was brought exactly as ordered. The food tasted delicious. She came by about six minutes later and asked if we wanted more water. At the end of the meal she asked if we wanted dessert and we said no. She then brought the receipt and brought our change three minutes later. The whole time we were there she was friendly, energetic and upbeat.

Inside of the restaurant was clean and free of trash. The menus and promotional materials were unworn and clean. They look new. The music was loud enough to hear and low enough to be able to hear conversations. There was nice decoration throughout Red Robin. I visited the ladies room. It was well stocked, free of odor and clean.

The food, service and atmosphere were superb! I would suggest Red Robin to everyone.
