There are 3 camps for different age groups and centering on different activities. Age group range from 7 to 16 yrs. All are outdoor sports and crafts-centered and one is even set aside for disadvantaged kids who qualify for a free camping experience they would otherwise never have a chance at. They offer the traditional camping experiences of horseback riding, archery, hiking, swimming, But added to this are character-building courses, environmental education and skills, and a stress on sportsmanship and healthy group interaction. In addition, they've added rock climbing and a ropes course to teach stamina and detirmination. The camp costs just under $800 to $1100 for 10- and 14-day sessions, which is real value for the money.
