Baby Wipes

Invest in a small plastic container that will keep them sealed and moist, and keep a pack in the car, at the office, or in a purse. After applying too much perfume, use a baby wipe to clean the skin and remove the smell of too much perfume. This is a simple solution to a common problem, and the baby wipes can be used for a number of other cleaning purposes as well.

Hand Sanitizer

If you do not have wet wipes on hand but have hand sanitizer, it works just as well to remove the scent of too much cologne. Rub a little hand sanitizer into the skin. It will quickly get rid of the smell and sanitize the skin at the same time.
