How to Make Simple Beef with Balinese Style
This time I will give one more Indonesia recipes in a way that is simple enough. And this time we will cook the meat with spices that will make the meat taste Balinese flavor. So even if you can't go to Bali yet, at
least you can taste Balinese cuisine style first. Usually Balinese people do not eat beef because cow is considered as sacred animals in Bali. For spices, you can find in Asian grocery in your city. More and more fresh material you use will be make your food more delicious because Asian cuisine become more delicious when using fresh materials.
Ingredients
500 gram beef, you can choose any part of beef meat but softer the beef increasingly better. Beef sliced thin about 2.5 x3cm, you don't have to slice it at perfect size.
10 cm of lemon grass and brushed it using a knife.
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce. This sauce has very dark brown, syrupy-thick Indonesian sauce similar to, but sweeter, and more complex flavor than, what we know as soy sauce. It is sweetened with palm sugar, and seasoned with different ingredients such as; garlic and anise. It is commonly used in marinades and to flavor Indonesian dishes. It is to be kept in a cool dry place. It can be found in most Asian markets.

4 cloves garlic
4 cloves onion
6 units of red chili
4 eggs hazelnut
1 cm ginger
How to make
1. Garlic, onion, red chili, ginger and hazelnut mashed into one.
2. Heat a little oil and make sure when you enter spices the oil hot enough in the pan. Cook until the spices have a flavor that is quite fragrant
3. Insert meat and meat stirred up drain
4. After the meat is cooked out of the water, enter the soy sauce, shrimp paste, and sugar and mix again until the average
5. Add a little bit of water to the pan until the meat feels soft. Occasionally mix of salt and enter here
6. Once cooked, serve while still hot as the assistant rice or mashed potatoes.
