Everything You Need to Lose the Pounds

General list of groceries: (I go to Walmart. If you can't find something there, go to Safeway.)

MorningStar vegan crumbled hamburger meal starter

Comes in a frozen bag. Can be found in the vegetarian frozen section. I honestly don't use this often because it tastes a little funny. But if you are covering it in taco seasoning and putting it over lettuce and tomato it makes a great taco salad. Sliced chicken
 is really good for that too.

SmartChoice vegan sausage roll

In the produce section next to the juices and tofu. I slice it to make sausage patties. It's made out of soy so it won't be as crunchy as a real sausage patty but if you grill it enough it substitutes well. Tastes almost just like the real thing.

Chicken tenders

These are the thinner, narrower pieces. 4 ounces is 100 calories.

Buddig deli meats

I know, not organic but an entire package is only 90 calories

Laughing cow cheese

Next to the produce section in the front of the store next to the deli. It's a small, flat round container. Each wedge is 35 calories and it comes in regular, French onion, and garlic & herb.

Vegan hot dogs

Also in the produce section with the vegan sausage roll. Tastes just like real hot dogs. I slice them and have them with ketchup or mustard.

Frozen strawberries in a bag

In the frozen veggie aisle. These are a negative calorie food. I usually put some sweetener on top and microwave for 40 seconds. Makes it taste like strawberry pie.

Apples, apples, and more apples.

These are a super negative calorie food. They are about 20 calories but it takes 145 to eat and digest them that means eating one, you burned 125 calories. I usually dice them, add sweetener and cinnamon and microwave them to create apple pie. They make a great filler at lunch too. I eat them almost every day. They make a great sweet tooth and crunch remedy.

Ruby Red grapefuits.

Eat half at a time and store the other half in your fridge. Instead of trying to dig a spoon into it and squirting myself in the face, I peel it and slice it like an orange.

Frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot mix.
