Makeup Brushes for the Makeup Artist

When I decided that I wanted to become a makeup artist I hadn't a clue what I was doing, I knew that I wanted the most expensive makeup and the best brushes I could find. There are a lot of great brands however I favored MAC the most. I looked at many brushes but I could not afford the brand brushes. The brand brushes you can end up spending a few grand on, the brushes look nice, and even feel like feathers! You could just go to the store and buy what you can afford and normally you don't want to do that because the brushes that are usually cheap aren't good brushes at all and give a poor effect. some are itchy and scratchy and feel as if using a brillow pad on your face.

Some brushes made for putting on eye liner are much thicker than they are suppose to be, you want the thinnest eye liner brush you can find. You also want to go in search for the softest, it doesn't mean you have to spend about 20 bucks or more on a brand brush, sometimes looking hard enough you can find the perfect brush for really cheap.
Also in search of makeup brushes I realized I would need a case for my brushes to keep from lint getting on them, the perfect time to find good brushes and cheap brush cases is around the holidays, christmas is the best time to find gift packages for makeup and you don't even have to go near the mall! usually you can get the brand brushes for cheap however, your brushes will be very short and only about 3 or 4 of them. I tend to lean for the long brushes I think they make applying makeup much easier!
