There are very few of us who will not need to lose weight at some point in our lives. And from what I hear, most of us have a very difficult time doing it. I don't believe that some of us want it more than others. I don't think that's what makes the difference between the ones who accomplish their goals and the ones who don't. I think some of us may have an easier time doing it because we may have been trained better as children to eat right, or we may have a natural athletic inclination that makes us predisposed to think exercise is "fun." We can logically consider those two areas to be the defining line.
