Are You Struggling with Getting Your Internet Business Started?

In the big scheme of things I am pretty new to Internet Marketing. I know more than most people, but I do not know as much as many.

I try to balance my time between learning and doing. I try to study deeper the things I do know, and introduce myself to the new things I find other people doing. Outside of learning, I am always sure to set aside time to act on something that moves me closer to my goal.

We all have different goals and different ideas of what success means to us regarding our Internet business and for some of us those goals seem like distant dreams. We see stories of success, some from people who have been in the industry for years, and some from people who seem to throw up a web site on a whim and then become millionaires in the blink of an eye.

But there are some of us who are watching our Google Adsense account bringing in pennies, or watching the traffic in our site stats under perform day after day. And we wonder and ask; why can't I get this going? Why does it not work for me? I know I am not stupid. What am I doing wrong?

What I want to tell you here is this; do not get discouraged, you are not stupid. If Internet marketing was easy then everyone would be doing it and getting rich. If you are doing these two things, learning and taking action, then you are not doing anything wrong.

You are not alone in your struggle. Many, many people are in the same spot you are, learning things and trying things. Many of those people are going to go on to do full time Internet marketing, but many are going to give up and say it is not possible to make money on the Internet.

The difference between those two groups of people is one thing: one group gave up and the other did not.

As you struggle, and as you sometimes fail and sometimes succeed, you are receiving a treasure more valuable than money. You are getting solid life experience.

These one hit wonders who throw up a website and make a lot of money, many times can not reproduce it because their success was an accident. But those people who struggle to learn the ins and out of what works and what does not, have a solid foundation upon which to build a successful and profitable Internet business.
