Twin Creeks is an exclusively 2-wk. summer camp for children in the
mountains of beautiful West Virginia. Write them at
info@camptwincreeks.com. They have four sessions, beginning in late June and ending in mid August. $1995 per session or $3890 for 2 sessions. They run 3 core activities of cabin activities in the morning and 3 in the afternoon with children of the same age groups. The camper can choose any one he or she desires in the afternoon. The core activities are very varied with four different areas involved. This insures that every camper will experience at least some of these skill-building activities. But the afternoon activities are purely personal choice. Evenings are spent with each camper's cabin group playing games, taking creek walks and having pool parties. In addition, campers have special trips and half-day courses they can participate in. Tennis, whitewater rafting, and horseback riding incur additional charges. This camp is extremely well run and facilities are totally state-of-the-art as camps go: Olympic pool, stables, a huge spring-fed lake and much, much more. Parents can sign their kids up for two back-to-back sessions if they want. If parents apply before May 1, the payment is refundable, butrealize that down payments are due by Feb. 1 of any year!
