In the beginning there is our cute little puppy. High expectations for our new best friend to do his/her business in the right place i.e. Out-Side. In spite of all best efforts our expectations sink to the floor along with us as we have to get down on our hands and knees to clean, and freshen up that latest accident. Something becomes clear now "I need a course on how to potty train a puppy?"
