What Flowers Are Popular This Year for Valentine's Day?
Think Outside the Box This Year, Traditional but Different
With Valentine's Day coming up soon, odds are you are starting to think about what types of gifts you can get for that special someone, or what you can do to make this Valentine's Day stand out from all the ones that haveOf course, the traditional roses are always on the top of the list when thinking about Valentine's Day flowers. Most everyone equates roses with romance, especially women who think about the bed strewn with rose petals, or the rose petals that filled the walkway when they got married, so they are a common Valentine's Day essential. Red roses are the traditional symbol of love, but if you want to do something different there are many different types of roses out there, that come in a variety of colors. For example, Grandiflora roses are usually a golden yellow color, with a pink tinge to the ends of the petals. Hybrid Tea roses come in a variety of different colors as well. If you are planning to send roses to that special someone this year for Valentine's Day, but want to do something unexpected, ask your florist what your options are as far as type and color, and go with something unexpected, rather than traditional for a change!
