Adam and Eve
This story can be found in the book of Genesis, Chapter 3. Adam and Eve were told they could eat the fruit from any tree in the Garden of Eden, but not from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and of Evil. Of course many people disagree who was at fault for the fall of humankind: The Serpent, The Women, and The Man. Most people will argue that the serpent was possessed and that the devil had tempted eve to eat of the forbidden fruit. Since all three of them were cursed, it is safe to say that all had an equal share in the blame. The serpent is cursed more then any other animal, to crawl on his belly and eat dust for the rest of his life. God also said that he would install a deep hatred between humans and serpents. Women are cursed with the pain of childbearing, but will still desire their husbands and be ruled over by them. Men are cursed with having to work hard and sweat for their food. The ground which men would have to work on to feed there families was now filled with thistles and thorns.

Noah and the Ark
This story can be found in the book of Genesis, Chapter 5. A great flood filled the earth and destroyed all life sounds like an apocalyptic thriller movie. Of course, God planned to save his creation by asking a holy man and his family to build an ark and fill it with two of every animal. Now this floating zoo was safe during the forty days and forty nights of flooding rain, but did it really happen? According to satellite pictures, it really is on a group of mountains in Turkey. These mountains are mentioned in the bible as the Ararat Mountains.
