Cat Adoption Services

In 2000 the founder of Purrfect Solutions Feline Rescue, Pat Winters, started her volunteer run and non-profit organization to help save cats

from horrible conditions. Purrfect Solutions Feline Rescue's mission statement is, "Our goal is to prevent animal suffering, education the public regarding the need to spay/neuter their pets and to provide a temporary haven for those lost, injured, abused and/or unwanted animals - until they can be adopted-out to a loving person or a caring family home."

Over the past year as the economy has worsened Pat has seen more and more cats being abondoned and turned over to her organization. Adoptions have also slowed down due to the recession. She's had nearly sixty cats returned to her over the past year and is at maximum capacity more often than not.

The organization is run solely through volunteers and donations. Purrfect Solutions Feline Rescue is in need of volunteers to help with the cats, donations of supplies and money as well. If you would like to adopt a cat from Purrfect Solutions you can visit their website at http://purrfectsolutions.com/ or call 818-784-4297 to set up an appointment to see a cat to adopt. There are many cats in need of loving homes.

Purrfect Solutions Feline Rescue is open from 9AM to 4PM. Call for an appointment and directions. Purrfect Solutions is located in Sherman Oaks, California.

Hi Pamela, Some great news, Smoke (Gatsby)neutered and chipped left for his new home today with 2 great gals that We have known for some time. He is about 15 blocks from the shelter and has two pals waiting for him. Because you and your husband cared he no longer wanders the streets un neutered and being attacked by other males. Also a thank you to Nancy Sipes and your mom. It takes a village, God Bless, Pat
