1:00 P.M. The NY Giants are feeling healthy again after that week off, to help some of the key players in their match-up next Sunday get ready. Among the starters that benefited from the extra week off are, running back Brandon Jacobs, who was ailing towards the end of the regular season from the week in and week out physical hinders.

The Philadelphia Eagles were not supposed to be in the Divisional Playoff round, but they have as good a shot at going to the Super Bowl as any of the eight remaining teams. Donovan McNabb who was an outcast 1 month ago is steering the Eagles towards the Super Bowl and making the non-believers once again believe. Coach Andy Reid and his coaching staff will be as prepared for this game as any other match-up in the next round of playoffs, having faced the NY Giants twice already this season. Plaxico Burress leaves a large spot that has created some shuffling around as the NY Giants prepare for the next step into the playoffs.

The Philadelphia Eagles beat the NY Giants in NY December 7, 2008, by the score of 20-14. Neither team had any turnovers, but the NY Giants were 0-3 in fourth down conversions and totaled only 14 first downs and were only able to mustard up 211 total yards. The NY Giants will have to perform better than that, if for the third time in the last three years there is to be a "Manning" in the Super Bowl. Want to see the stats from the December match-up? My prediction is NY Giants the winner 27-21, but what do I know? I am a Cowboys fan.

Not going to predict a score. But I predict the Eagles. They are playing tough and getting stronger. McNabb and Reids jobs are on the line, they know what they have to do. Eli and the Giants are really suffering without Plax.
