Guys Shouldn't Use a Condom That's Given to Him by a Woman?

How do you feel about the idea of telling younger guys that it's unsafe to use a condom that's given to him by a young lady he barely knows?

Does that sound like a funky question to ask? Well, I've heard stories of how some women or young ladies might poke a tiny hole in a condom before giving it to a guy she plans on having sex with. Her obvious motivation is to become pregnant, and that itself can have a variety of other deeper motivations. Regardless, if she does end up pregnant, now there's an immoral mom in the making, and a young guy facing a moral obligation to something he was deceived into.

Think about it; our society is insanely sexually motivated and I'm sure this must pose huge challenges to parents trying to teach their children to be responsible and safe with their developing sexuality. But no matter how hard some parents try to educate their children to behave responsibly, many children will explore their sexual urges anyways. And sadly, there are some women out there who'd tamper with a condom in this fashion.

But what might be some of the adverse side-effects of teaching young guys never to use a condom given to him by a young lady? Might it teach them a blanket fear and distrust of women? Maybe teach him to distrust his (natural) sexual urges? I dunno, but I'd still hate to see my son (if I had one) be taken advantage like this. Granted, the chances of it happening are fairly low, but still, if he's going to have sex, I think it's best for him to supply his OWN condom!

Wishing everyone a beautiful day!

Peace, Love and Harmony,,, Shawn.
