She's quite the accomplished actress, and at the 2008 New York Film Critics' Circle Awards last night (January 5), Penelope Cruz was looking hot.The "Vanilla Sky" babe was turning heads everywhere she went with her sexy fringed-out black one-shoulder minidress and flirty cropped coif.
