What Shoes Are Hot This Spring?

I'm not Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City buying $400 Manolo Blahniks, but I do love shoes and I keep an eye out for the latest fashion trends. The 2009 spring shoe fashion trends are fun, colorful and some are even comfortable. WOW, can you imagine wearing trendy shoes that don't make your feet ache?

What styles are comfortable for the spring fashion trend? The newest brand busting into stores this spring is La Fenice. Joining the comfort designers Cole Haan, Sofft and Asqi, La Fenice has wedge and strappy heels in bright, spring, colors designed in trendy styles ranging in price from $90-92, but GothamCityhas them on sale ranging from $49.97-59.97.

Platforms are still in style come this spring. There were some crazy platform designs walking down the runway and will probably only be found on women strutting around Manhattan. However, the platform shoes to wear for everyday can be found on the Focus on Style website. There are many different platform styles and some in bold colors, which is another spring fashion trend.

Gladiators are still the "it" shoe for this spring and come in different styles. You can still be fashionable with the traditional gladiator that has no heel. However, if you want height in your gladiators, Carlos by Carlos Santana makes them extra sexy and high. And they come in a fun silver shade, this is one of the trendy spring fashion colors, which will make your gladiators even more fashionable.

Snake skin is still a hot style. The snake skin gladiators are so sexy and exotic looking all the fashion conscience ladies will lust for them. Plus, two spring fashion trends are in this one shoe. Jimmy Choo sells them for $975, Guess (I liked this style best, because they are cute strappy heels) sells them for $110 and Coach retails them for $328. Now, if these prices are too high. I found a gladiator similar to the Guess style at Target for $29.99. You can't beat that price and still dress like a fashion icon.
