Winners of the 2006 People's Media Awards Announced

The AC People's Media Awards, is an award-program that honors the both the top Content Producers and the top content of the year.
In total, the winner will receive $10,000 in cash and prizes for their "outstanding contributions" to Associated Content, The People's Media Company, in 2006.
Two categories were selected by the AC staff. The winners will each receive $1,250.
Winner: Editor pick for top Content Producer of the Year: Timothy Sexton
Winner: Editor pick for top Content of the Year: Barry Freiman, "Getting HIV isn't a Death Sentence."
Content Producers in different topics also receive awards for top content. Page views affected the winners, who will receive $500 each.

Local Attraction Winner: Terri Rimmer, "Holiday Entertainment for Theatre-Goers in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas Area"
News Winner: John Constantine, Nintendo News: Final Fantasy, Rumors, Contests"
Op/Ed Winner: Abe Mohapatra, "10 Reasons Why You Should Not Buy PS3"
Review Winner: Bartleby, "Qdoba Versus Chipotle"

AC PMA Content Producer Awards
For Content Producers who went all out to build buzz around their content, and the work horses of AC, the PMAs winners of each of the following awards receive $500.
