Timothy Sexton Wins Top Content Producer of the Year!!!

A Big Win for a Great Writer!

Congratulations, Mr. Sexton! If you haven't read Timothy Sexton yet, you are behind the times here on A/C. The man is a franchise all by himself. His writing is as diverse as anyone on A/C, from great movie articles to outstanding political content. An almost obsessive take on the Simpsons phenomena and very informed music articles covering obscure punk and pop. Writings about historical and literary subjects that force the reader to think. He writes about everything, but it is his take on politics, society, and capitalism that really intrigue me.

Although I have never met him personally, I consider Timothy a friend. Since I started on A/C, we have shared ideas and comments and thoughts and even attacks. Tim is a liberal island in a very conservative area, giving hope to all that there is hope for the nauseatingly red states. He has been called pretty much anything you can think of, good and bad. Brilliant. Right on. Exactly right. Eye opening. Thought provoking. Challenging. Unique in approach. Well researched. Stupid. An idiot. A jackass. Moronic. Un-American. Un-patriotic. Foolish. Socialist. That one I would put in the "good" category, though! Timothy has brought out strong reactions from anyone who reads his work. I find him a great catalyst, pushing me to fight the good fight too.

Take a few minutes-or a few days-and read yourself some Timothy Sexton. Love him or hate him (and who could hate such a nice guy) you will emerge more informed. Congratulations, Timothy! If Florida wasn't so damn far from Oregon (wait-is that a good thing, or a bad thing..lol) I would buy you a drink. Enjoy, my friend.
