Nia draws its collection of movements from Eastern practices of yoga, Akido, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi. The Nia class combines these movements with moves from Jazz and Modern Dance.

A very interesting article. I always associated yoga with meditation and silence, but this could be rather enjoyable.
