Whenever there are talks regarding the best rappers of all time, it's only fair to go back to the 80's to take all artists into consideration. Many times certain rappers are only included because of one thing they did different, when they truly wouldn't stand a chance against some of the much younger artists. Understanding that times change, we are only going to talk about the top rappers of the new millineum.

10. Juelz Santana

Santana has a unique style and has been slept on for a while now. He was introduced to the rap world in a Cam'ron song he featured in called "Hey Ma." From that point forward, Santana has released his own music, but hasn't reached the kind of stardom he is very much capable of. He is without question, one of the top rappers of the new millineum.

9. Fabolous

This elite lyricist made his entrance into the rap game known, by spelling out his name, F-A-B-O-L-O-U-S! His lyrical abilities are unquestionably elite, but unlike many of his peers, his content is a lot smoother, which is why he has gotten more radio play than most of them. Fabolous had the potential to be considered one of the best ever, but his choice of focusing more on the ladies in his music, probably cost him a crown.

8. The Game

This west coast gangster is one of very few lyrical monsters to come out of the west. Even though he does do gangster rap, his lyrical talent is more New Yorkish. He was introduced to the rap world as part of the G-Unit, which we all know he is no longer a part of. Unlike other artists in G-Unit, Game did not need 50 Cent so much to help him get his career going. Even though it helped, he would still be popular and maybe even more so, because he wouldn't have all those rap beefs on his resume. The Game still has the potential to be considered a rap juggernaut, he just needs try toning down his gangster a bit, so that more people can relate to his music.

7. Young Jeezy
