Kula Yoga in the Hartford area offers classes for children ages three to 11.

Kula Yoga offers a YogaKids for children ages three to six. The class will be somewhat modified based on the needs of the children in the class. Young children will learn different yoga poses. The fun class incorporates activities and yoga to help children become more self-aware. Even the youngest of children will benefit from the YogaKids class as they join the yogic adventure that involves balance, focus, and strength. Kids are also taught relaxation techniques.

Children who enjoyed yoga when they were younger can continue on with their practice in YogaKids for children ages five through 11. The class is also for kids brand new to yoga practice. The class builds on the same yogic activities in the younger class.
