The Berkshire Mall is located in the heart of the Berkshires. Located between Cheshire and Pittsfield, this mall offers a convenient location for nearly anybody. Hidden between Route 7 and Route 8, the Berkshire Mall provides an enclosed shopping experience. Unlike the Prime Outlets Mall that is located in Lee, the Berkshire Mall is a fully indoor mall that offers some of the biggest merchants in the area. Thanks in part to it's unique market position and ever changing store selection, the Berkshire Mall provides a solid shopping experience for all ages.

Open for a little over 19 years, the Berkshire Mall has seen many anchor stores come and go. Some of the anchor stores that once leased at the Berkshire Mall include Hills, Ames, Filene's, and Borders Books and Music. Even those these anchor stores have left the mall, big name merchants continue to open at the mall. Currently the Berkshire Mall boasts such anchor stores as Target, Best Buy, Macy's, Sears, Linen & Things, and JCPenny. Each of these stores provide something different for each shopper. Target is quite similar to WalMart in that it offers a little bit of everything. Best Buy is an electronic consumer's dream due to their cheap prices. Macy's offers one of the largest selections of name brand clothing in the world. Even Sears and Linen & Things offer home related appliances that can boost your homes overall appearance.

Besides the anchor stores, there are another 50 plus stores for you to shop at. Some of the larger stores located in the mall include Old Navy, Gap, and Victoria Secret. While shopping, you will notice many kiosks that are constantly changing. Depending on the shopping season, these kiosks change to express these seasonal changes. During the summer you will most likely find sunglass huts and summer related apparel. During the fall and winter you will find winter related products that will help you fight the cold. These changes basically guarantee that you will see something different many times a year.
