There are many times we all feel stressed in our lives, but there is a way to relieve it. If you think you may be stressed you can be suffering from a combination of symptoms displayed thorough different aspects of your life. This stress can affect the three major areas of your well-being: physically, mentally and emotionally. Symptoms you should look out for include cold or sweaty hands, diarrhea, fatigue, headaches, heart rate increasing, indigestion, shortness of breath, pimples, nausea, cramps, and even pain.

Mental symptoms you should look out for include, disorganization, forgetting, poor concentration or judgment, lack of interest in things that usually interest you, and talking negatively to yourself. Emotional symptoms you should look out for include anxiety, abrasiveness, depression, hostility, moody, nervousness, and feeling as if you have lost your sense of humor. If you are feeling these, you should talk to your doctor about ways that you can reduce your stress. He or she may also have some tips on how to deal with the symptoms with drugs. If you do not feel like popping a pill there are some other ways you can try to beat the stress in your life.

Identify what you is stressing you out and confront it head on. Once you resolve this issue you should see an improvement in your symptoms if not you may need to take some serious action. If you need help from a spouse or friend with a project that is too much for you to handle you need to ask them for help right away. Stress can ruin relationships with others and is extremely bad for our health. When was the last time you let yourself relax? Not everyone can take a long luxurious carefree vacation, but do not deny yourself the time you need to relax.
