Teens Also to Blame when Having Sex with Teachers

Since when should teenagers be off the hook when it's discovered that their teacher has been having sex with them? A promiscuous teen with no sense of morals will think nothing of sleeping with his or her teacher, yet these kids are called "victims" ? Of what, may I ask? Did it ever occur to you that these horny kids made the first move? Many teens are just as horny as any 28-year-old teacher with a twisted mind. They are hardly victims.

Rape and consensual sex are two different things. I'm not talking about teachers who rape students, slamming them to the floor and physically forcing them to have sex against their will. I'm talking about those pretty, blonde, 20-something female teachers who have sex with very willing teenaged boys. (And of course, the male teachers who have sex with very willing, teen girls who think it's a sign of maturity and sophistication to sleep around with their way-older teacher.)

If a 16-year-old is recognized, by the law, as being mature enough to raise a child, then how is it that they suddenly become "victims," unable to make an informed decision, when they choose to have sex with a teacher? That same 16-year-old seems to know what she/he's doing when having sex with another teenager. But suddenly, these kids become brainwashable victims just because their bed partner is 27?

Hey, don't think I'm letting these disgusting teachers off the hook. These teachers are corrupt, depraved souls who have no concept of consequences; and they deserve even stricter punishment than what the law allows as the maximum. On the other hand, corruptness of the adult in no way makes the teenager some pure, goody-two-shoes! Do you really think those pretty 120-pound teachers physically overpowered their teen boy lovers? Punched 'em out and made them submit? We can safely bet that any boy who has sex with his teacher soon boasts about it to his buddies.
