4-Step Cleaning Process for Your Face

This routine will keep you beautiful and vibrant for years to come. Following this plan will allow men and women to see improvement in their skin. What is the secret to having beautiful, glowing, and healthy skin? There isn't a secret, only a 4 step process. It is simple; know your skin type, whether it is oily, dry, or both and perform this process twice a day in the morning and evening. Clean, Tone, Moisturize, and Exfoliate/Mask!

Step #1 CLEAN

Why clean? All types of debris from the atmosphere tend to clog the pores, perspiration sits on the skin, and dead cells build up as well. This causes pimples and blackheads to develop on your skin.

Pin up your hair from the face. Clean your face and neck with an appropriate cleanser for your skin. The cleansing products should be ph balanced, chemical additives free, and botanically based. Natural products do not clog pours and they do not produce a film on your face. Refrain from using any deodorant soap on your face and neck. Remove mascara with a cotton swab, eye shadow with clean cotton balls, and lip stick. Pour a little facial cream into the palm of your hand and put a little on your nose, chin, forehead, and cheeks. In a circular motion with your fingertips, massage the cream in your face and neck. Allow the cream to stay on the face and neck for at least 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
