A leader is a person that is responsible for making important decisions for others. A leader has to not only consider the needs of others but also their thoughts and feelings. A leader has to put the welfare of the whole and the under privileged ahead of his own. He has the unenviable task of balancing making decisions for the well-to-do and the not so well-to-do. It is said that a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. That being said, the poor amongst us should be helped to grow while at the same time keeping the wealthy from regressing financially.
